Sample submissions and timeline for nominees

Within the next day or two nominees will be receiving messages informing them of the podcasts and categories for which they have been nominated. All nominated podcasts will receive this message, unless the podcast in question has been disqualified. Disqualifications are rare, but there are a few nominees whose podcasts do not fit within a category this year, and a few others which do not have sufficient and/or recent episodes to qualify. From the date that this email is sent, podcasters will have no less than two weeks to submit their samples for review. Further details and information will be provided in nomination letters, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Letters to nominees have been sent-

As of yesterday (July 13th) letters to nominees were sent by email. If your submission page on the site does not have a notation regarding it being disqualified you should have received it. We've had one case so far, in which a nominee hadn't received notification. Therefore, if your submission page lacks any notes and you've not received a message regarding your nomination please contact us through the "Contact Us" above and we will get everything straightened out.
